Payment Gateway Integration Services
Payments are the work we do most. Cards, wallets and instant rails like Pix, with webhooks that survive a bad night and reconciliation your finance person can read.
1. Discovery
Tell us what you need, by form or WhatsApp. No commitment and no canned reply.
2. Fixed quote within 24 hours
We come back with scope, price and delivery date in writing. You know what you get before you pay.
3. Staged delivery
You watch the system work as it grows, talking directly to the engineers building it.
If you are reading this, it is probably one of these:
- Buyers reach the checkout, try to pay and cannot. You find out from a support email a week later, if you find out at all.
- The processor says the charge went through and your system never created the order. Somebody reconciles the gap by hand every morning.
- You want to sell into Brazil or Mexico and the setup that works fine for US cards approves a small fraction of the local ones.
What you get
Integration with any documented processor
Stripe and PayPal are what US clients ask for most. In Latin America it is Pix and Mercado Pago. If your processor publishes documentation, we integrate it, test the failure cases in sandbox and only then go live.
Instant payments and local rails
Pix in Brazil, plus the wallets and bank-transfer methods that carry most of the volume across Latin America. Dynamic charges, QR codes and confirmation in seconds.
Webhooks that do not lose money
Signature checks, idempotent handlers so a repeated event never duplicates an order, retry queues for what fails and an alert when a message stops arriving.
Anti-fraud and chargeback evidence
Risk rules tuned to your product, 3D Secure applied at the points where it lifts approval, and the evidence trail you need the day a chargeback lands.
Reconciliation and conversion tracking
Settlements, fees, refunds and payouts matched against your own records. Purchase events sent server side too, so your ad platforms optimize on real sales instead of what a browser managed to report.

Why a Brazilian team
- We built a full payment gateway ourselves, so we have been on both sides of the webhook. Pix, installments, wallets, boleto (Brazil's bank slip payment) and local anti-fraud are ordinary work here, not a research project we bill you to figure out.
- We are working while you are. A checkout problem you report in the morning gets a senior engineer on it the same day, not the next one.
- Brazilian rates leave budget for the parts most integrations skip: retries, reconciliation, and the failure cases nobody tests until they happen in production.
Straight questions, straight answers
Which payment gateways do you work with?
Any processor that publishes documentation. Stripe and PayPal come up most with US clients. We have also integrated BuckPay, Cakto, Paradise and Mercado Pago, and we built a full payment gateway of our own from scratch, with KYC, payouts, checkout and an API. Regional processors are the same job: read the docs, build against sandbox, test what happens when the call fails, then go live. We also take over integrations another team built, starting with an honest read of what is actually broken.
What is Pix and do I need it to sell in Brazil?
Pix is Brazil's instant bank payment system, run by the central bank. It settles in seconds and costs a fraction of card fees, and it now carries a large share of online payments there. A Brazilian checkout that only accepts international cards converts badly. We build the Pix charge, the QR code, the confirmation callback and the reconciliation that comes with it.
How do you stop fraud without killing conversion?
By tuning the rules to your product. We look at where your real orders come from, apply 3D Secure at the points where it raises approval, add device and behavior signals, and keep the evidence needed to fight a chargeback. Then we watch the approval rate after launch, because a rule that blocks fraud and five percent of good customers is not a win.
What happens when a webhook fails?
It gets retried. Signatures are verified, every handler is idempotent so a duplicate event never creates a second order, failures go into a queue, and somebody gets alerted when events stop arriving. An approved payment has to become an order every time, including the night your processor has an outage.
What do payment gateway integration services cost, and how long do they take?
A single processor with cards and one local method is well-defined work and one of the faster projects we take on. Split payments, marketplaces, subscriptions or multi-country reconciliation take longer. In the US market this kind of work is commonly quoted from the low thousands to the low tens of thousands of dollars depending on the flow. You get our fixed price and date within 24 hours, as a fixed-scope contract rather than time and materials, with the deliverables and the price written down.
You are in Brazil. How does that work for a US company?
We work in English and our hours line up with US business hours, since Brazil is one to two hours ahead of New York. Contracts, code and support all run in English. The distance is also the point here: the payment methods your US processor treats as exotic are the ones we work with every week.
