WhatsApp Automation for Business

A bot that answers in a second, takes the payment inside the conversation and hands it to a person when it matters. On WhatsApp or Telegram, every hour of every day.

  1. 1. Discovery

Tell us what you need, by form or WhatsApp. No commitment and no canned reply.

  2. 2. Fixed quote within 24 hours

We come back with scope, price and delivery date in writing. You know what you get before you pay.

  3. 3. Staged delivery

You watch the system work as it grows, talking directly to the engineers building it.

If you are reading this, it is probably one of these:

  • A lead writes at eleven at night and gets an answer the next afternoon. By then they bought from whoever replied first.
  • Your team types the same forty answers every day instead of working the conversations that actually close.
  • The automation tool you rent charges per contact in dollars, does not fit your flow, and every change waits on someone else's roadmap.

What you get

A sales bot that closes

Presents the offer, answers the objections you already know, takes the payment in the chat and delivers the product or the access right away.

Support triage with a human handoff

Answers the repeated questions, collects what your team needs to know, and passes the conversation to a person with the context attached, not from zero.

Flows you can edit yourself

Conversations designed in a visual flow editor, so changing a message or a path when the offer changes does not need a developer.

Routines that never forget

Reminders, invoices, due-date notices, a daily report in your group. The bot runs the routine your team keeps forgetting on Fridays.

Connected to your CRM and your payments

Every conversation lands in your CRM with its origin, every charge goes through your processor, every event reaches your other systems through documented APIs.

WhatsApp Business API or a Telegram bot: which one fits

They solve different problems. The WhatsApp Business Platform is where your customers already are, but it is a regulated channel: message templates go through Meta's approval, and businesses pay per conversation according to Meta's published pricing. Telegram's Bot API is free, needs no approval, supports rich buttons and files, and is where digital products, communities and internal tools tend to live.

Our rule of thumb: customer support and sales for a business your customers already message on WhatsApp go on WhatsApp, through the official API. A product sold to an audience you can move, an internal alert bot, or a flow that changes every week goes on Telegram. Many clients end up with both, sharing the same backend.

What the bot can do inside the conversation

The value is not in replying fast. It is in finishing the job without leaving the chat.

  • Qualify the contact with two or three questions and route it to the right person or the right flow.
  • Generate a charge, confirm the payment in real time and deliver the access, the file or the order number in the same conversation.
  • Look up an order, a booking or an invoice in your system and answer with the real status.
  • Book a slot in a calendar and send the reminder the day before.
  • Escalate to a person with the whole transcript attached, and stay quiet while the person is talking.
  • Post a daily summary to your team's group: conversations, sales, unanswered threads.

Keeping the number safe

The fastest way to lose a WhatsApp number is to run bulk messages through an unofficial client. We build on the official Cloud API by default, with approved templates and opt-in handled properly. When a case genuinely needs an unofficial integration, we explain the risk in writing before anything is built and you decide with the facts in front of you.

Why a Brazilian team

  • In Brazil, WhatsApp is the channel most businesses run on, so building and supporting WhatsApp automation is weekly work for us, not a specialty we are learning on your project.
  • We are working while you are. Brazil is one to two hours ahead of New York, so a flow you want changed in the morning is changed by your afternoon.
  • Payments inside the chat are our specialty. We built our own payment gateway and integrate cards, Pix and local processors as ordinary work, so the bot can charge, not just talk.

Straight questions, straight answers

Will my WhatsApp number get banned?

Not through the official Business Platform: it is the channel Meta built for exactly this, with approved templates and opt-in rules. Bans happen when businesses blast messages through unofficial clients. If your case calls for an unofficial integration, we put the risk in writing before building it, and you decide.

Can the bot take payments inside the chat?

Yes. It generates the charge, confirms the payment in real time and delivers the product, the access or the confirmation in the same conversation. Cards through Stripe or your processor, Pix for Brazil, wallets where they carry the volume. Payments are what we do most.

Can I change the messages myself later?

Yes. Flows are delivered in a visual editor where you adjust texts and paths without a developer. Structural changes, a new integration or a new payment path, we do together, priced as a separate item.

Is this for support or for sales?

Both, and the flow is designed for your case. We have clients selling with a payment inside the chat and clients triaging support with a handoff to a person. What they share is the backend: the same bot can qualify, sell, answer and escalate.

Does it work with the CRM we already use?

If the CRM has a documented API, yes. Every conversation is created as a contact with its origin, every closed sale updates the deal, and your team keeps working in the tool they know. If there is no CRM yet, we can build one shaped around your pipeline.

How much does WhatsApp automation cost?

We quote per project within 24 hours of hearing the flow you need. A support bot with a handful of paths is one of the most accessible projects we deliver. Payments, CRM sync and multiple languages add to the scope, and Meta's per-conversation fees are a separate cost you pay to Meta, which we show you before you start.

How long until the bot is live?

The quote comes with a date. A first flow goes live in days, not months; the slowest step is usually Meta's approval of your message templates, which we prepare and submit for you. Integrations with payments and your CRM are scoped up front so they do not surprise anyone later.
