Custom Software Development Company
Internal systems, customer-facing products and the integrations between them, built to a written scope with a price and a date. You talk to the engineers writing the code, not to an account manager.
1. Discovery
Tell us what you need, by form or WhatsApp. No commitment and no canned reply.
2. Fixed quote within 24 hours
We come back with scope, price and delivery date in writing. You know what you get before you pay.
3. Staged delivery
You watch the system work as it grows, talking directly to the engineers building it.
If you are reading this, it is probably one of these:
- The operation runs on spreadsheets that one person understands, and every typo somewhere becomes a wrong invoice somewhere else.
- The off-the-shelf system charges per seat, does not have the field you need, and its support answers in days.
- Every agency you called quoted hourly with no ceiling, so nobody can tell you what the build costs or when it ends.
What you get
Internal systems and ERPs
Finance, inventory, work orders, projects, approvals: the modules your operation uses, built around how it already runs, and none of the ones it does not.
Customer portals and products
The screen your customers log into: orders, documents, status, payments. Fast on a phone, with the permissions and the audit trail a real business needs.
Integrations and automation
Your accounting, ERP, CRM, marketplace or carrier connected through documented APIs, with webhooks that retry and logs you can read when something fails.
Payments where they belong
Cards, subscriptions, marketplace splits and instant rails like Pix inside your system. We built our own payment gateway, so this part is ordinary work here.
AI where it earns its place
Documents read automatically, requests routed, drafts written. We use it where it removes real hours, and we tell you where it would only add cost.

What a typical engagement looks like
It starts with a call or a form. You describe the operation, the pain and what already exists. Within 24 hours you get a written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. That document is the contract: what ships, what it costs, when it lands.
Delivery happens in stages you can log into. The first usable version goes live early, and each cycle after it adds a module you review as running software instead of a slide. Most of our projects are delivered within one to fifteen days; larger systems are split into stages with that same rhythm. When it is done you get the code, the documentation and the accounts, and we keep running it if you want us to.
What decides the price
The feature list matters less than three things: how many systems the software has to talk to, how much of the data already exists somewhere and has to be migrated, and how many roles and approval flows the operation has. A single-team internal tool with one integration is fast. A multi-branch system with accounting sync, document generation and customer logins is a different project, and you know that before you sign.
As a market reference, the custom software agency ranking first for this term in San Francisco describes typical engagements between ninety and three hundred fifty thousand dollars depending on scenario. In our own review of 22 Clutch profiles of Brazilian and Latin American agencies in August 2026, most listed a minimum project of ten thousand dollars. We quote per project, in writing, within 24 hours, and the number holds for the scope in the contract. Nothing on this page is a starting price.

Software for your operation or a product you sell? Different pages
This page is about software your own company runs: a management system, a portal, an automation, an integration. If what you want to build is a product that other companies will pay for every month, with plans, tenants and billing, that is a SaaS build and it is scoped differently. Our SaaS development page covers it, and if the product still has to prove itself with users, the MVP development page is the one to read first.
Built by us, running today

Construtora WR Felix
An ERP for a construction company: projects, budgets read by AI, finances and website leads in one dashboard.

VendaMeuCarro
A B2B platform where car dealers list vehicles and negotiate proposals in real time, built around one core workflow.
Why a Brazilian team
- Our workday overlaps yours. Brazil is one to two hours ahead of New York, so a question sent in your morning gets answered in your morning, with no overnight gap.
- A small senior team with more than 150 projects delivered in more than three years. The person on the call is the person writing the code, and the code is handed over as yours.
- Brazilian rates buy more senior engineering per dollar than a US agency at the same level. The whole project comes as one written quote you can put next to a local one before deciding.
Straight questions, straight answers
How much does custom software development cost?
We price per project once we understand the operation. As a market reference, US agencies ranking for this term describe engagements from the tens of thousands to the low hundreds of thousands of dollars, and comparable shops in Brazil and Latin America mostly list a minimum project of ten thousand on Clutch. Send us what you have and you get our fixed price and date in writing within 24 hours.
How long does a custom software project take?
The quote comes with a date. Most of our projects are delivered within one to fifteen days; larger systems are split into stages so you are using the first module while the next one is being built. Integrations with systems you already run and data migration are what stretch a timeline, so we scope them up front.
Why a company in Brazil instead of a US agency?
Same seniority, lower rates, and a workday that overlaps yours almost entirely. You get one written quote to compare against a local one, and you talk directly to the engineers. The other reason is payments: instant rails, wallets and local anti-fraud are everyday work for us, which matters the day you sell outside the US.
Is the price really fixed?
Yes, for the scope in the contract. The document lists what is included and what it costs. When you want something outside that list, we price it as a separate item and you decide whether it goes in now or later. No surprise invoice at the end of the month.
Who owns the code, and where does it run?
You own the code, and it is handed over with documentation. Where the repository and the cloud accounts live is agreed with you during scoping and written into the contract, so there is nothing to negotiate at the end. If you hire in-house engineers later, they can pick it up without calling us first.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
Yes, as long as they expose an API or a documented export. Accounting, ERP, CRM, marketplaces, carriers, spreadsheets. We map every integration during scoping, test the failure cases in a sandbox, and build the retries and logs that keep a dropped message from becoming a lost order.
What happens after launch?
We keep running it, when you want that: hosting, monitoring, fixes and new modules as the operation changes. If you would rather take it in-house, the handover is built for that. Either way the system does not become an orphan the week after delivery. Our software maintenance page describes the retainer.
