Client context
Construtora WR Felix is a Brazilian construction company that runs building projects and flooring jobs. It needed to see the whole business in one place: what is in progress, what has been quoted, what came in and went out, and who arrived through the website.
VTA also built the company's website, which sends leads straight into the system with GA4 measuring each contact. The ERP closes the loop, from the first form submission to a finished, paid project.
The problem
A construction company lives on three things that rarely talk to each other: the job on site, the quote that has not become a contract yet, and the finances that have to close at the end of the month. When each one lives in a different tool, the owner only learns the real margin after the project is over.
The brief was a single system that speaks the company's language (projects, flooring jobs, quotes, clients, staff and cash), where quotes that arrive as documents get into the system without anyone retyping them.

Overview dashboard
Revenue by period (today, 7 days, 30 days, all time), money in and out, received, receivable and payable, monthly profit with margin, active projects and active clients. The first screen answers the questions the owner asks every day.

Projects, flooring jobs and calendar
Records for building projects and flooring jobs, with a monthly calendar showing what is scheduled and what is done. The office and the field look at the same schedule.

Quotes read by AI
A quote arrives as a document, the AI reads it and fills in the data, and the system tracks its status from then on. A quote waiting on the client shows up as an alert on the dashboard instead of disappearing into a folder.

Finance
Money in, money out, receivables and payables, with a revenue chart over time. The monthly number comes out of the system, not out of a spreadsheet assembled by hand.

Leads, clients and staff
Website leads land in the system with GA4 tracking the source. Client and staff records, with role based permissions so each person sees only what they need.
