How do you work with a client in the United States?
It starts with a conversation, by form or WhatsApp, and you get a reply the same day. Send whatever you already have, from a rough idea to specs or Figma files. We go over it on whatever channel suits you, and you get a proposal with the scope, the timeline and a fixed price. Once you accept it, we build in stages, so you see working software rather than status reports, and you talk to the engineers doing the work throughout. Development projects start at US$ 25,000.
What about the time difference?
Our hours are aligned with US business hours, so most of your workday is also ours. Questions get answered while you are still at your desk, and calls fit into your calendar without anyone taking a night shift.
How do contracts and billing work for US clients?
We work fixed scope. One written document says what gets built, what it costs and when it is delivered, and it is agreed before development starts. Anything you add later is priced separately before it begins, so the number never moves on its own. The contract details, including the billing entity and how you pay, are settled during scoping, so ask us early and the answer comes in writing alongside your quote.
Does your team speak English?
Yes. Calls, written scopes, documentation and day-to-day messages are all in English, handled by the same engineers who build the product. You will not be passed to a translator or an intermediary who has to check back with the team.
