SaaS Development Company
Multi-tenancy, billing, roles and the admin screens your support team lives in. We build the plumbing every SaaS needs and the part that makes yours worth paying for.
1. Discovery
Tell us what you need, by form or WhatsApp. No commitment and no canned reply.
2. Fixed quote within 24 hours
We come back with scope, price and delivery date in writing. You know what you get before you pay.
3. Staged delivery
You watch the system work as it grows, talking directly to the engineers building it.
If you are reading this, it is probably one of these:
- The product works for one customer. Nobody knows what happens when the tenth company signs up wanting its own users, its own data and its own plan.
- Billing is a spreadsheet and a manual invoice. Upgrades, proration and failed cards all end up on someone's desk.
- Every support question turns into a database query, because the admin screen was never built.
What you get
Multi-tenant foundation
Tenant isolation, roles and per-account settings decided before the first feature, so customer number fifty does not force a rewrite.
Billing that runs itself
Plans, trials, mid-cycle upgrades, proration, dunning and failed-card recovery, wired to Stripe or the processor your customers actually use.
Admin and support tooling
The internal screens your team needs to look up an account, fix a subscription and close a ticket without opening the database.
Onboarding and product events
Sign-up, invites, activation emails and the tracking you need to see where new accounts stall in their first week.
Run it after launch
Hosting, monitoring, backups and a roadmap that keeps moving. The product does not go quiet the week the build ends.

Why a Brazilian team
- Our day sits inside yours. Send a question at nine in the morning and the answer comes back that same morning.
- We have taken SaaS products from the multi-tenant data model through to billing and a working subscription, and one senior team does the whole path. The people who design the schema are the ones who write the billing logic and the ones who pick up the phone when something breaks in production.
- Brazilian rates buy more engineering per dollar than a US agency at the same level of seniority. The whole project comes as one written quote you can compare against a local one.
Straight questions, straight answers
What does a SaaS development company charge for a build?
It depends on how much product you need before you can charge for it. As a market reference, a first sellable version from a US agency is usually quoted in the tens of thousands of dollars, and shops in this segment commonly publish project minimums around ten thousand. We read your scope and send a fixed price within 24 hours.
Can you take over a SaaS another team started?
Yes, and we start by reading the code and the infrastructure before promising anything. Sometimes the foundation holds and we build on it. Sometimes the tenant model needs redoing, and you hear that from us before you pay for a rewrite you did not plan for.
Do you handle billing and subscriptions?
Yes, and it is usually the part founders underestimate. Trials, upgrades in the middle of a cycle, proration, taxes, failed cards, refunds and the reports your accountant asks for. We build it against Stripe or whichever processor fits your customers, including markets where cards are not the default way people pay.
How long does it take to launch?
The number of systems it has to talk to decides the date more than the feature list does. A first version with tenancy, the core workflow and billing goes live in a matter of weeks. Integrations with systems you already run are what stretch the timeline, so we scope those before quoting rather than after.
Is the contract fixed scope or time and materials?
Fixed scope, with the deliverables and the price written down. You can add to it later, priced item by item. We prefer it this way because it forces us to understand the product before we start, and it means you can budget without watching an hourly counter.
Where is your team and how do we work together?
We are in Brazil, one to two hours ahead of New York, so our hours line up with US business hours. Everything runs in English. You talk directly to the engineers building it, in a shared channel, with no account manager relaying messages in between.
